Who can call The Plural Warmline? 

The Plural Association is a nonprofit dedicated to people living with Dissociative Identity Disorder, Other Specified Dissociative Disorder and all other forms of Multiplicity under the Plural umbrella, no matter the label you use to describe your unique and individual experience with ‘Manyness.’ 
 
All Plurals can call the warmline for free. Our volunteers are trained to copy the language you use to describe your System and headmates. We gladly call you by your own individual names and use your own individual pronouns if you want to. 

What if I’m not Plural? 

We have a table for questioning people who are wondering if they might be Plural. We can legally not give advice but we can give information. However, we cannot and will not diagnose people. 
 
We have a table reserved for loved ones of Plurals and clinicians. Please know we expect you to make a donation towards The Plural Association Nonprofit, if you’d like to use this service and are certain you are not Plural.
